SET 3 Fourth of July Antique Patriotic Postcards. Series #1. 1908.Humor/Comic
This is a nice SET of PATRIOTIC antique postcards from the very early 1900s. They were published for GREETINGS as well as BEST WISHES, and they were used for Fourth Of July celebrations. The postcards are colorful with USA patriotic symbols and firecrackers. One of these is an EMBOSSED postcard.
The postcards have a HUMOR THEME and drawn in a COMIC STYLE. These arecollector itemsbecause of their age, their colorful design, and their overall appeal to those collecting Patriotic antique postcards. They also have a nice glimpse of life back in that era.
The postcards are UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (2) with cancel dates of 1908 and 1910. These postcards have DIVIDED backs. These postcards were probably "Made in USA".
These are BETTER POSTCARD and good for a collector.The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some creases, cuts, stains, paper toning, and edge wear due to their age (over 100 years old!).The photos show the postcards and their backs.
