SET 2 Children Antique Postcards. Best Wishes / Humor. Artist: Wiederseim

This is a nice SET of GREETINGS postcards showing CHILDREN that would have been sent for BEST WISHES and FRIENDSHIP. The postcards have the classic look of the early 1900's and they are ANTIQUE (over 100 years old!). The postcards show young children in various scenes. Some of these children have SMILING FACES and they look "adorable" with puffy cheeks. There is a BEST WISHES as well as a HUMOR theme displayed in the postcards and they are nicely drawn. Also, they are nicely dressed and this gives you a glimpse of the fashion and clothing of that era. The postcards are Flat Printed. These postcards were made by the publisher, Rental & Newman, that published in London, England. The artist of these postcards is Grace Wiederseim.

These postcards have HIGH VALUE and can sell up to $25 each! This is a nice group of antique Children postcards for the collector. The postcards are nicely detailed and pleasing to look at. These are truly collector items, and would be good to put into a collection. Overall, a niceselection of Children antique postcards at a reasonable price!

The postcards are POSTED with cancel dates in the 1910 era. These were most likely "Printed in United Kingdom" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs.

These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some of these to have edge wear, smudges, stains, paper toning, cuts and creases because of their age (again, over 100 years old!).

Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. Because we do not want you to be disappointed, look closely at the photos we provide to see the postcards and the backs.

The postcards are shipped in a sturdy envelope. We only ship within the USA; we do not sell or ship internationally. USA shipping is with tracking, and we use Standard Envelopemail when the value is under $20 and the weight is under 3 oz; and, we use USPS Ground Advantage when the value is over $20 or the weight is over 3 oz.Wecombine shippingwhenever possible. If you purchase multiple lots, you can wait and we will send you an invoice for the combined shipping before you pay. In case you have already paid for the lots, we will still combine the shipment and refund you any extra shipping charges back to your account.
