For your consideration is a nice stereoview titled \"The Observatory, Summit ofMt. Washington\". This isa great image looking across the rocks at the tower with a group of people standing on the top. Note the platform in the foreground with several barrels on it. This image offers a great 3D effect.The view was photographed and published by B. W. Kilburn, Littleton, N.H. and is #748.We know of at least three variants of #748. Written on the verso is \"Summit House, July 26/86.\". There is corner wear and overall soiling/staining.
