The SCARCE Rod Serling THE TWILIGHT ZONE Board Game from 1964 by Ideal Toys is a vintage collectible that transports players to the mysterious worlds of The Twilight Zone.
This board game, with a minimum of 2 players, was released during the final season of the popular TV series in 1964. Recommended for ages 8 and up. With a mix of boys and girls, players can enjoy the suspenseful and thrilling gameplay that this classic board game has to offer. Very little gameplay and definitely well preserved for over 60 years! The box cover artwork has minimal wear and rubbing around the edges but still looks beautiful.
All game pieces are present and in fantastic condition. No creases or damage to the thin cardboard spinner or the 12 closed doorways. No split corners on the box lid nor box base. Some corner damage to the original box and edge of the game board. The outside of the box bottom is stained but does bleed through to the interior. The thin cardboard backing insert is missing. That is what the spinner and dozen doors were attached to. The thin metal spinner arrow flows freely without rubbing against the cardboard design. All 12 doors were neatly separated without any tears. All four colored plastic game markers are undamaged.
Made in the United States, this vintage piece of nostalgia is a must-have for fans of The Twilight Zone. The original game box measures 19 inches by 10 inches by 2 inches.
