Yes i combine postage but ask me charge commission on the postage and sales taxes. So postage charges could be significantly higher than the actual cost of postage especially on a promoted listing. Postage cost will be listed at time of purchase. If you’re not happy with that cancel your order.
Hard items like medals and clasps can’t be sent as letters. All hard items must be sent as parcels. Due to the amount of untracked parcels going missing all items will have tracking numbers - only seems to be a problem with customers. Unless you have paid extra for express post allow 3 weeks postage domestic and at least 6 weeks international. Australia post delivery times are wildly inaccurate. I don’t like it either but that’s the way Australia post works (or doesn’t work). Please don’t leave negative response because of Australian post incompetence.
Items will always be sent with tracking numbers. If the post office says it was delivered it was delivered and it is up to you to demand proof of delivery from the postal service. Australia post says tracking numbers aren’t for tracking -they are only a proof of lodgement so tracking information provided by Australia post is “not” accurate. Australia post will only investigate missing items if they are overdue more than a week.
Lost items, fraud and tariffs are a big problem for customers in the USA therefore I will not send to USA.
