RFK expresses sympathy to Mr. and Mrs. Parounagian of Miami, Florida. Their son, identified as Second Lieutenant Parounagian, perished during in the Vietnam war.
Notably, RFK quotes Winston Churchill in saying \"Courage is rightly esteemed as the first of all human quallities because it is the one that guarantees all others.\"
Ironically, this letter was written just two days before Martin Luther King Jr.\'s assasination and two months before RFK\'s own demise.
