REVOLUTIONARY WAR ERA TOMBAC BRASS BALL BUTTON – INTACT SHANK – DISPLAY CASED RELIC
Authentic 18th century colonial Revolutionary War period spherical ball button. Tombac / high copper brass alloy. Solid one-piece construction with original loop shank still intact and usable. Measured with digital calipers at 0.440 inches (11.2 mm) – waistcoat, vest, cuff, or small decorative ball-button size.
Classic lathe-turned / spun concentric rings around the shank boss. Original excavated or long-buried mottled brown, bronze, and copper patina. No modern backmark. No polish. No repair. Exactly as recovered and photographed.
Presented in a Revolutionary War themed display case with period soldier artwork. Ready for the shelf, shadow box, or relic cabinet. Accompanying small pointed artifact shown in the case is included as displayed.
