This pendant is a collaboration between Ray Tracey (Navajo) and Knifewing Segura (Chiricahua Apache). Both jewelers worked at Gallup near Zuni and their designs reflect Zuni influence. Navajo pieces are typically characterized by intricate silverwork and Zuni place more emphasis on the expertly cut stones to fit into silver foundations. Back of the pendant shows a combined hallmark of T (Tracey) and K (Knifeing) with two wings.I purchased this pendant new from Four Winds Gallery in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
