Rare Vintage Zippo Corinthian Table Lighter, Early 1960s.
The Zippo Corinthian table lighter was first released in 1960, alongside the Zippo Moderne table lighter, in Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA. Production of both the Moderne and Corinthian models ceased in 1966, although they remained on sale until 1967.
The object consists of two main parts: a decorative metal base—shaped like a cup—and a removable inner unit (the lighter mechanism itself), which is inserted from the top.
