Rare vintage Mikasa footed serving bowl made by Walther Crystal in West Germany — never used, with its original printed Walther Crystal / Mikasa / West Germany label still attached.
Pressed crystal glass with a satin-frosted relief of tall dotted stems, arched leaves and stylized flower heads ringing the rim, finishing in a raised-dot starburst at the center. The pattern is pressed on the exterior only, so the interior is completely smooth and easy to clean and serve from. The bowl rests on three small feet.
Its fan-shaped blossoms and radiating starburst base give it an Art Deco-inspired look — a striking centerpiece on its own, or a fruit, salad or serving bowl when entertaining.
The "West Germany" marking dates this piece to before 1990. This West Germany-era piece is discontinued and no longer produced.

CONDITION — Listed as New (Other):
This bowl has never been used. The original label is still attached, and the glass shows no chips, cracks, scratches, scuffs, utensil marks or wear of any kind. There are three tiny, smooth irregularities that formed during the original pressing process; they are part of the glass itself, not damage, and are visible only when tilted under certain light. It is listed as New (Other) rather than New because the original box is not included. Please see all photos.
