This is an uncommon Dansk design that I have not been able to match to any of the more commonly documented Dansk pepper mill models. A great addition to a Dansk, Scandinavian Modern, Mid-Century Modern, or vintage kitchenware collection.Beautiful and rare vintage Dansk International Designs Ltd. pepper mill, marked IHQ Thailand, featuring an unusual and very attractive two-tone wood design.This approximately 4¼-inch tall pepper mill has a darker natural wood body paired with a lighter wood removable top and the original metal ball finial. The contrasting woods give it a distinctive Scandinavian/modern look that is quite different from many of the more commonly seen Dansk mills.The original DANSK International Designs Ltd. IHQ Thailand label remains on the bottom of the mill, adding to its authenticity and collector appeal.The mill features its original metal grinding mechanism and removable top. It has been photographed extensively, including the underside and internal mechanism, so please review all photos carefully.ConditionPre-owned vintage condition with age-appropriate signs of use, including minor surface marks, scratches, and patina to the metal components. The wood retains its original character and finish.
