Rare Vintage Antique Guillotine Siglo XVIII Cigar Guillotina Cutter. Spain. 10” For Sale

Dating to the 18th century — Siglo XVIII in Spanish — this Spanish cigar guillotine cutter is a remarkable survivor from the golden age of tobacco culture. At 10 inches, it is a substantial, commanding object with the kind of craftsmanship that was simply standard practice in that era and is all but impossible to find today. Spain was a major center of both cigar culture and fine metalwork, and a piece like this sits at that intersection elegantly. Cigar cutting implements from this period are extraordinarily rare; most were used to destruction. This one has survived in good condition, which in itself is something of a minor miracle. An exceptional collector piece for the tobacciana specialist or the antique tool enthusiast. Ships carefully packed. Buyer pays shipping. Questions welcome.
