This is an incredibly rare piece of model boating history: an unbuilt, highly collectible 1950s Dumas Chris-Craft Challenger 33-1/2 Wooden Model Boat Kit No. A-100. This is not the standard wooden kit; it includes the highly sought after, standalone Dumas Electric Drive Unit accessory package intact, inside the box. With the included all-original period-correct electronics hardware, it is a true gem for antique hobby collectors and vintage R/C enthusiasts alike. See pictures of electronics. These were in the box but the wires do not appear to have come with this kit.
The wood is phenomenally well-preserved.
