Rare Tiny Antique TinBox, French President Poincare, c 1915
This tinyantique tin box has French President Raymond Poincare on the lid, and dates toaround 1915. There were a few royalty tins from this series, with PresidentPoincare being more rare, I believe. The tin would have contained candy ormints. No branding. Lid lifts off. About 1.75” in diameter by 5/8” tall.
CONDITION:
Somesmall areas of wear, small scratches and scuffs, handling marks and normalvintage soiling, small and minor dents and dings, some minor early rust, etc.
·Lidartwork in pretty nice antique condition.
·Thelid edges, lip, and base have a good bit of generalized dark wear.
·Bottomfairly lightly scuffed and worn.
·Somerust inside.
·Open/closeneeds coaxing.
The tin isempty.
No longer forfood use. Any props not included.
