"Talaat Bey", prior to receiving his highest titles). E. 'Talaat Bey', ministre de l'Intérieur"), German, and Ottoman Turkish Arabic script reading "Dahiliye Nazırı Talat Bey" (Minister of the Interior).Publisher/Series: Published by the scarce local editor M.J. / A.F. as part of their famous "Hilafet" (Caliphate) Series.
