I am listing this as new without tags as it looks in just absolutely fantastic condition. I'm pretty sure it got put in the kitchen drawer in the 70's and never came out again. The colors are incredibly vibrant, the towel is very soft and there are no stains or holes or smells or anything I can find wrong with it. This is an all cotton fringed white towel with bright yellows, reds, blues, greens, and oranges. It features a beautiful Holly Hobbie in her bonnet and patchwork apron stirring a bowl with two kittens watching and the phrase 'Love's a stirrin' below. The image is surrounded by a frame of beautiful flowers.
There are a few irregular length strands in the towel material, which is really normal for towels. I still do not believe it was ever used. At most it was maybe washed and dried once before it was put away with the linens. I will note that one side of the fringe is shorter than the other, see pictures. I think they just cut it at an angle in the factory. It's not super noticeable, especially hanging on a towel rack but I want to make you aware.
This is a standard size hand towel. With fringe included it is approximately 26.5 inches long and a little less than 16 inches wide.
The tag on this towel says Wamsutta Heritage Towels Do Not Bleach Colors All cotton Made in the USA RN 14193

The Wamsutta towel is just a smidge longer And the centering of the image is a bit different on the two. They are slightly different shades of white. The Royal Terry is perhaps a little bit softer and the Wamsuta is perhaps a little bit thicker. The images are identical.
