Condition: Pattern envelopes have expected wear and tear for 40+ year-old patterns (failing at envelope folds and adhesives, tearing, rips, browning, corner kinks) and may have a store stamp on them and/or pencil or pen notations. All patterns are opened, and have been verified to include both instructions and patterns. The condition of the patterns seems quite good: patterns have been cut and appear to be complete on cursory review unless noted, but patterns are not unfolded to tally pattern pieces so complete sets are not guaranteed.
Source: All patterns are from the estate of a seamstress/designer who sewed and retailed her work in her own home/lifestyle boutique in the late 1960's, then was the fabric and pattern buyer for a department store in the 70's. She knew style, she knew fit, she knew fashion; these patterns are coming from an amazing and much-loved collection.
