This absolute gem features the rare and exceptionally beautiful Cobalt Blue enameled casing, contrasting gorgeously against the bright chrome/silver-tone interior.
Famed as the "Touch-A-Puff" mechanical novelty, these intricate Machine Age devices were engineered so that when the external mechanism is pushed, a cigarette is automatically dispensed while the integrated petrol/fluid lighter strikes simultaneously.
The interior metal plate is beautifully stamped and fully legible with: "MAGIC CASE MFRS. ST. LOUIS, MO. USA" along with early patent dates from 1916 and 1919.
