This is a charming and rare antique or vintage print, likely from the early 20th century, featuring a humorous illustration and a memorable slogan: "DON'T BE DOWDY. TRY TO CULTIVATE GOOD TASTE IN DRESS."
The vibrant illustration depicts a rather comically dressed character holding an umbrella, surrounded by red hearts.
The reverse side reveals the faint impression of the printed image, indicating the very thin nature of the paper.
