Here is a lovely and rare antique Mi\'kmaq or Passamaquoddy hanging wall basket hand-crafted from splint ash and adorned with curls.It measures 10 inches long, by 7 inches high, and is 4 inches deep.It was found in Southern Maine.
This basket is in very good, overall used antique, condition with some fading, and minor splits and cracks to the splint ash curls consistent with its age and use.
