Rare Antique 1830-40s Ridgway Medina Staffordshire Transferware Covered Dish HTF For Sale

Lovely collectable Covered Serving Dish! It is a blue and white Ridgway Medina Transferware pattern serving dish with cover. It measures 9.75" across from all angles. 6" high with the lid on. Weight of 3.2 lbs. i would highly recommend this for either a collectable or for dry goods (ie. bread) only. You may notice that some of the pictures show the transfers onto the dish lid are upside down. This makes the dish even more unique. I researched this issue and experts said that this does happen with transferware items at times, as well as not having any signature on the bottom. My research found that not all Ridgway items have a backstamp as expected. These items are getting harder to find in the current market.
