The burgundy hardcover binding is stamped in Hebrew with "תלמוד בבלי יומא" and bears a special gold inscription noting that the volume was presented as a gift to attendees of the Agudath Israel convention in the Hebrew year תשל"ז (5737). The title page identifies the publisher as Vaad M'fitzei Daf Yomi, New York City, and additional introductory pages contain convention-related and memorial material not found in standard editions.
