Here's a rare 1930s Zenith chrome front radio. This radio is part of the 800 series of chrome fronted radios from the mid-1930s. These can be hard to find, so here's your chance...
The cabinet is complete, but has multiple issues. The good news is that all the chrome trim pieces appear to be present, as well as the small Zenith tag (although it is missing one nail). The bad news, it has veneer issues in multiple places. The right side is missing a few bigger chunks. There are small pieces missing on the front. I've tried to get closeup photos of all these places. Metal trim is loose in bottom left corner. One side is a little loose and could use some glue and a clamping. Please look carefully at the photos.
Three knobs look original, one is not.
The chassis is unrestored and will need to be repaired or gone through by a qualified technician if the radio is to be used.
