Rare 1920s “Charles Thomson" litho 50 cigar humidor tin is in good condition For Sale

This rare 1920s “Charles Thomson" litho 50 cigar humidor tin, measuring 4 1/2” x 5 1/4” x 4 1/2”, is in good condition with no dents or rust and some age related paint scratches and chips. There is a large piece of faded tax stamp. The interior has tobacco staining. This highly attractive bright yellow tin features a detailed portrait of Charles Thomson (1729-1824) who was the first Secretary of The Continental Congress where he served from 1774-1789. In 1789 he designed the Great Seal of the United States which is still used today. The cigars were manufactured by the Bayuk Brothers Cigar Company, Philadelphia, PA in Factory 1600, 1st District, PA.
