For your consideration: from a fine San Francisco estate sale, a rare, mid-20th century Meerschaum pipe by Cao depicting a hand holding the pipe itself… very Escher-esque.
The hand is in good condition with the exception of one broken finger. The mouthpiece unscrews very well and settles tightly where it should for a good smoke.
