Beautiful antique Remington Rand Model 1 Portable Typewriter in a black finish.
Typewriter is currently not working. Not sure what it needs. I really don’t know much about it. All letter and number keys work without sticking. Tab doesn’t work, space bar doesn’t move. Backspace works. Margin release does not. Lever for three different color inks black white red moves freely.
Typewriter is a fantastic piece to use for decoration, for a collector of old typewriters or more importantly for someone skilled in typewriter restoration. This has the potential to be an amazing piece.
