This is missing the large piece that sits in the bottom. All glasses are included, but two of them have minor chips (see photos, circled in red). You will receive what is pictured. I don’t see any name markings anywhere on this unless I’m not looking in the right places. One of the rings on the carousel is a little loose but it doesn’t affect the use as it holds the glass just fine.
