DESCRIPTION: This is a nice early, antique watch fob from the SAVANNAH STEAMSHIP LINE. Specifically indicates from ship S.S. City of Birmingham. Scans show it all. This was sold as a souvenir medal or as a watch FOB. If the latter, it had a chain which is now missing, as shown.
A wonderful antique souvenir item for the steamship collectors. The Savannah Line ran between Savannah, Boston, and New York City.
