Overview of the Parker Rialto (Green / Gold Trim)

• Model & Line: Parker Rialto (originally introduced as the Parker \"88\" / Place Vendôme in 1988, redesigned and renamed the Rialto in 1994, and discontinued in 2007).
• Origin: Made in the United Kingdom (England), stamped with \"Made in U.K.\" or \"Made in England\" on the cap/barrel.
• Finish & Color: Features a rich green lacquer or resin finish (often referred to in matte or gloss green/marble-style variations) paired with 23K gold-plated trim, clips, and bands.
• Build: Built on a solid brass core, making it slender, well-balanced, and heavier than entry-level models like the Parker Vector.
• Mechanism (Ballpoint): Utilizes a twist-action or push mechanism (depending on the specific production run) and accepts standard Parker-style ballpoint/QuinkFlow refills.

Collectibility & Status

• Discontinued Vintage: Production ended in 2007, making UK-made Rialto pens sought-after vintage or New Old Stock (NOS) collector items from the 1990s.
