They are beautiful mid-century tobacco promotional novelty pieces featuring wrapped lithograph-style paper/ celluloid cigar label inserts. This is an authentic vintage costume piece. It has an adjustable/open bypass back, features no metal markings, and are magnetic (indicating a durable base-metal core beneath the fold finish). The wrapped label and clear finish are in very nice vintage shape with minimal wear. A perfect, unique conversation piece for collectors of tobacciana advertising, or quirky statement jewelry!

I am no expert on the rings. I measured them to be a 6-6.5 in size.
They appear to be adjustable but are very hard to adjust. I believe these are in very nice condition for their age. I received these from an estate just the way they are. I am not sure if the yellowish one has faded and was once a vibrant red & green? still a cool piece.
