Very Neat old MAP OF U.S. ROUTE 36. This is sort of a brochure that includes a 16" wide map of Route 66. It states it takes the direct route that the more familiar US 40 should have gone...with the completion of forty miles of hard surfacing early 1949.....which leads me to believe this is from late 1949.
It also shows the curvy girl and states travel the "Perfect 36"....hinting at the curvy "36" of the girl.
Maybe I just can't find it, but I can't find another online. I have a Worthpoint account and couldn't get a hit on it either.
