The lantern is in excellent condition and is a true gem for any collector. These are getting hard to find especially in this condition. Retaining most of its original paint and no signs of dents or other damage, the lantern is in excellent condition for it's age. The lantern has not been tested and doesnt have a battery, but very clean in the battery housing. This would make a great puece for your WW2 USGI display for living history or reenacting.
