RARE Disneyland Original Theme Park Map Painting Art Disney Vacationland 1962 For Sale

This listing is for an original hand-painted map of the Disneyland theme park. This rare copy of the map highlights each part of the park, and highlights the rare "Indian Village" that renamed eventually to Bayou Country. The painting was not signed, the only marking seems to be related to graphic design purposes. I was only able to find this map used in 2 copies of Disneyland's Vacationland magazine, one was from 1962 and then again the 1965 issue about the 10 year anniversary of the theme park. (I have attached a photograph showing it in the magazine, but this is just for reference, I do not have a copy to include in the listing). Vacationland was a magazine given out at the campground that used to exist outside of Disneyland. I am unsure if it was used for other purposes, but it could have very well been in other Disneyland pamphlets or brochures I am not aware of. I acquired this in a storage vault sale in California. The owner worked for Disneyland for decades, and their role in the company changed as time went on. I honestly do not know why they had the art, but my best guess is they were using it for graphic design needs in later anniversary press or promotional releases. There is some wear from age & storage, but overall it is still in very good condition. ***Sales tax of 7.75% is added to all California transactions.
