This poster offersa wonderful example of vintage velvet black light art of a Marvel Comics character.It is by Funky Enterprises Inc and titled VENOM #404 and measures 23 inchesacross x 35 inches high with an inch-wide (or so) white margin all around.
We believe weare asking a fair price for this rare poster given its condition, especiallysince a seller on Depop is asking nearly $800 for one.
Please reviewphotos for condition of both the front and back of the poster. It is unfadedand is striking under black light as well as daylight. The integrity of thevelvet flocking is good. The poster has thumbtack holes at each corner and onetear approximately 2 inches long at the lower left. No tape or glue residue. Theedges of the poster have areas of chipping, but minor. The poster also has mildcreasing in areas. This is a very presentable example, especially if framed andmatted.
Note: theposter was placed under Plexiglas for photographing in daylight and under ablack light, so any streaks of light or ghosts seen in the photos are strictlydue to reflection and are not a condition problem with the poster.
