This is the ultimate Holy Grail resource for vintage miniature builders. Rather than just interior decor charts, this is a massive, multi-page master plan featuring:
• Full-scale Cutting Diagrams for the house front, back, wing sides, and interior partitions.
• Detailed Floor Plans mapping out a large 3-story layout (Porch, Kitchen/Dining Room, Hallways, Living Room, and upper Bedrooms).
• Comprehensive step-by-step assembly text guidelines covering everything from clapboard siding prep to constructing the chimney, stoop, and window shutters.
