Offered for sale is a distinctive piece of American presidential memorabilia: a drinking glass represented by its original source as having been personally used by President Barack Obama during his September 14, 2011, address at Reynolds Coliseum on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
During this historic presidential appearance, President Obama addressed the American Jobs Act and his administration\'s efforts to strengthen the American economy.
HISTORY AND PROVENANCE
This glass was acquired directly from an individual who stated that he served on the event\'s production crew.
According to the accompanying firsthand written statement, the glass contained President Obama\'s drinking water and was positioned on his podium during the speech.
The production crew member further stated that personnel from the United States Secret Service permitted him to retain the glass as a souvenir following the event.
The glass was subsequently sold by that individual through and acquired by me on March 16, 2026.
