Product Description: "High mileage" but still works.I acquired from an elderly friend when it stopped working. I opened the case and it was full of tobacco "fines" which was preventing normal operation. I stepped outside and I used compressed air to clean it out but in my ignorance I lost the two pushbuttons. In the last photo you will notice a thin plastic rod traversing the load chamber that was broke when I acquired it, not sure of it's purpose but it packs and rolls good regardless. I filled with tobacco and it worked fine as seen in video. These machines work fine as long as you keep them clean. Instructions recommend cleaning after each use. Even though the density push buttons are missing I was able to change density settings by inserting any electrically conductive object into the opening (It will not shock you). It completes the circuit the same as the keypad buttons on a remote control. Once a metal object makes contact the screen will show the density indicator move higher or lower depending on whether you place it in the left or right opening. The 2nd level of density worked best for my cut of tobacco. When not changing the density level a piece of tape to cover the missing buttons opening would be advised These machines require tobacco that is the right cut with a moisture level (around 12%) to prevent jams. (I have quit smoking so though it worked fine for me after I cleaned it out I no longer need it. Selling "as is" since I no longer need it and lost the "buttons" outside and were unable to find them .
