WHY SEQUENTIAL CERTS MATTER
These two slabs carry consecutive certification numbers, 451810 and 451811. That only happens one way: both cards went into the same submission, were graded in the same batch, and came back to the same owner in sequence. They have never been apart.
Black Bolt and White Flare were released as a matched pair, and the Black White Rare Victini is the headline chase card of each set. This is that pair, both in Gem Mint, with the grading history to prove they travelled together.
Consecutive certs cannot be recreated. Once a pair like this is split and sold separately, the two cards can never be reassembled — any future buyer would be holding two unrelated slabs with unrelated numbers. Sold together, kept together.
