A hand-paintedPersian miniature painting of a hunting scene with hunters on horseback. It is mixed media with a central hard oval surface mounted on paper and has a Khatam marquetry wooden frame. The back of the painting has some markings. The frame is 5 3/4 inches high and 4 1/4 inches wide.
It is in good condition, there is a light stain in the paper in the bottom left of the image. The frame has a small 4mm-long indentation into the inlay at one point on the upper right side.
