In good. condition. The cover corners are dog eared; there is wear around the edges of the front panel, and handwriting in ink as well (see the last pictured). Significant wear along the spine. The back panel has a couple of dirt spots and wear around the edges. The back panel is badly creased. One three inch crease goes across the bottom left corner of the back panel, and the last four panels as well. Significant wear along the fold line between the front panel and the connecting fold out panel.
I know that makes it sound like the brochure is falling apart, but it's a thick brochure and 95 percent of the wear is on the front and the back; the rest of the brochure is in very good shape.
