128 pages, profusely illustrated, with 10 copyrighted maps of every section of town showing detailed location of all tracks , sidings, round houses, water tanks, and stations, with the emphasis on what it was like in 1912. Beginning in 1839, Includes a history of each railroad and trolley line, plus separate chapters on the Union Station and local train wrecks. See photo #3 (Table of contents for names of the railroads etc).
The 49 photos shown here are just a small sample of the 169 photos in the book, many of which came from personal, never before published, collections; each captioned with location and significance.
The booklet measures 11” X 8.5” and weighs 15.6 ounces before packing, so too heavy for 1st class.
