For our jungle theme dinner party, we needed a pair of vases that could help create a feeling of the jungle – vases that could hold a mass of tall grasses, tree branches & flowers through which our lion could appear.We chose a very tall pair of antique brass trumpet vases that stand 20 inches tall with a sturdy base of 7 inches round & an opening of 6 inches. We remember our mother bringing them home many years ago from an old church that was saleing various artifacts for charity. They are tall & graceful yet strong & sturdy. We filled them with various leaves & grasses & hydrangeas from our own garden. They are in excellent antique condition.
