Vintage Pair of Solid Cast Brass Scallop / Clam Shell Up-Light Accent Lamps
Add a warm, dramatic glow to a bookshelf, mantel, or bedside table with this matching pair of vintage solid cast brass shell lamps. Designed as indirect up-lights (traditionally used as TV or boudoir silhouette lamps), the scalloped brass shells hide the bulb from the front and bounce a soft halo of light against the wall behind them.

Cosmetic Condition: Great vintage condition with natural age-appropriate patina, minor surface scuffs, and light oxidation in the recessed grooves of the brass. They have not been aggressively polished, leaving the option to keep the warm vintage patina or polish them to a high mirror shine.
Hardware Note: One lamp has its original slotted mounting screws on the underside, while the other has Phillips-head screws (both hold the shells securely to the bases). Clips on the snap-in sockets are intact and hold firmly.
