Beautiful matching pair of vintage Genuine Limoges Cameo wall plaques, made in France and framed/presented by Sungott Art Studios of New York.
Each plaque features an oval powder-blue porcelain cameo with raised white neoclassical figures. The complementary scenes depict elegantly draped female figures accompanied by smaller seated or kneeling figures, rendered in delicate three-dimensional relief.
The porcelain cameos are surrounded by cream fabric matting and set within substantial ornate gilt frames featuring a sculptural shield/cartouche shape with graceful scroll detailing. Together, they make an elegant and distinctive pair of vintage French decorative art.
Both retain their original paper labels on the reverse reading:

Condition: Very good vintage condition overall. Porcelain cameos appear well preserved with no damage noted. Gilt frames present beautifully with light age-related wear.
