This is a professionally recreated copy from an original letter mailed to Playboy subscribers in 1955 informing them that a March issue will not be published. Original letters are extremely rare as most have been thrown away, lost or damaged over the past 70+ years.  This letter "completes" the Playboy collection for serious collectors as it serves as the March 1955 Playboy "issue.” Letter will arrive bagged and boarded in acid-free archival storage materials.  Measures 8.5" x 11".  The last picture shows an original letter from 1955 next to the professionally created reproduction.  The original shows damage, including paper deterioration and faded ink. The reproduction is consistent with an original undamaged copy, including paper type and stock color.  Original letter is NOT included with the sale of this item.  FREE BONUS (SEE LAST PICTURE)
