These folk art hand carved wood tribal figures (heads, busts) have minor scuffing.
Some unevenness in coloration (has likely always been this way).Original owner is relative of a good friend of mine, who inherited a mini-collection of carvings they purchased on their travels. It is known that they traveled to Haiti several times and that they purchased carvings there. (I don\'t have exact details though).
Not abused or displayed.
Climate controlled closet-stored (residential) until now.
From an unidentified Haitian folk artist.
Minor differences in the carvings and the coloration.
Necklace and earrings are metal, probably brass. See photographs.
