This two-sided medal features a praying St Bernadette on the front with the words "St Bernadette" and "Italy" engraved around the outside. On the back is the image of St Bernadette praying to Our Lady Of Lourdes.

This beautifully made pendant measures approximately 1 inch in height, is silver oxidized and made in Italy. The pendant comes with a no-nonsense 24 inches long ball chain.

St Bernadette is best known for experiencing Marian apparitions of a "young lady" who asked for a chapel to be built at the nearby cave-grotto at Massabielle. After a canonical investigation, the Marian apparition became known as Our Lady of Lourdes.
