One of the heavy and seldom found earlier works from the Stella Polaris catalogued range of Vases with the fantastic Platina pattern.
This is a work by master glass maker Vicke Lindstrand for Orrefors of Sweden in 1953 the vase appears in the KOSTA catalogue 1955-56
That makes this little gem one of the first handful of vases from this range
it’s a solid and heavy clear Full Lead Crystal Glass with a Platina Finish a Battuto (hammered) Pattern a technic Vicke Lindstrand created.
