The US M3 Fighting Knife is manufactured by Imperial and is clearly marked on the blade. See the pictures.The sheath is a US M8 made by B.M. Co.
I have left the knife and sheath the way they were found. If the new owner wishes to re-blue the knife or clean and re-blue the sheath, they can do that. Very little rust or corrosion of any kind and appears to have no nicks or dings in the blade at all.
