Estate find...measures about 8.5x10.5". Rare book TM19-500 War Department Technical Manual ENEMY PRISONERS OF WAR, 5 October 1944. This manual is in acceptable/good vintage condition. The pages have yellowed a bit and it was never bound in a book. It seems to have been a book that was able to add and remove pages. When an update would happen, it appears that the old pages were removed and the new ones added. They have the dates at the top of the pages. Some are dated 1945. The page with the bog penciled X gives me a vision of a soldier getting the memo and crossing it out. Kinda cool!!!!!
